There are 3 fundamental keys to making your business profitable.
Key #1: The Right Business Model
Your business model and pricing need to be set up properly for profits to be possible.
If you were selling pizzas and they cost $5 each to make, but you were afraid to charge too much so you sold them for $3 each, you could sell a million pizzas and always be broke!
Key #2: Lead Generation that Works
Second, you need the right lead generation, with a powerful story that you tell (in the right places, to the right people) to attract your ideal clients.
Ideal clients are critical. You could be selling life-essential AIR, but that still that doesn’t mean everyone will buy it from you. Some won’t have the budget to buy from you, others just won’t want to.
You have to magnetize the people that are willing and able to invest in you. This is the secret to making lead generation work for you.

How Profit Masters Works:
Profit Masters is a 13-week program running from September 30th through December 16th, 2021. Every month, we have 3 one-hour sessions via zoom, and 1 power week (no call) for you to put big things into action. We meet on Thursday evenings at 6:30 PM, dates will be:
- Sep 30th – Orientation Session
- Oct 7, Oct 14, Oct 21
- Nov 4, Nov 11, Nov 18
- Dec 2, Dec 9, Dec 16
- Jan 6 – Bonus 2022 Kick-Off Session!
Every session will include some teaching, both skill-based and strategic insights, presented in a way you can easily absorb and put into action right away. We will also celebrate wins and have a question and answer (Q&A) segment. Replays will be shared after each session.
There will be growth work for you to complete in between sessions, however, this isn’t “extra” work. It’s the work you need to be doing to make your business profitable and it will replace low value actions and activities that are cluttering your day. You will learn to streamline your actions to deliver the highest return on investment.
This group will also have a private Facebook group where you access additional resources, post assignments, and leverage relationships. All in a safe, inclusive environment where you can learn and grow without judgement.
