Permission to Dominate! 

As women, we often face unique challenges and obstacles in furthering our education, careers, and business growth. We can each easily name several external hurdles that make us work harder and carefully balance all the demands in our multi-faceted lives. There seems to be a million messages a day about how we are not good enough.

Without realizing it, many social and gender bias influences can become a part of our mindsets and daily behaviors. We get involved in movements to change the world, but seldom give ourselves time to focus inward. I invite you to join me in an interactive, conversational, fun, and at time jaw-dropping session of self-illumination. Let’s clean out the mental cobwebs, eliminate self-imposed limits, and shatter our own glass-ceilings.   Together we will:

  • Illuminate eye-opening moments of how we hold ourselves back (we all do it!)
  • Identify and remove splinters of doubt and hesitation
  • Exchange self-limiting language for power phrases
  • Renew our commitment to own our success from the inside-out

Note – This is a stand-alone event that does not include lunch.  There will be beverage service during the presentation.  After the presentation, The Mill will be open for lunch and you have the option to stay for a delicious meal.  The room will have a dedicated server and separate checks will be provided for everyone’s convenience.
